THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our Labor and Employment department in our Atlanta office, focusing primarily on the provision of wage and hour advice and the defense of class and collective action litigation for our exceptional clients. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice, which you can learn more about here: Employment Litigation | Seyfarth Shaw LLP

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

YOU HAVE:

• 5 to 8 years of experience either focused on or involving substantial exposure to wage and hour advice / counsel and litigation, ideally helping drive and manage class and collective actions nationally. 
• Experience conducting compliance assessments and supporting the defense of class and collective actions.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
