    Job Details
  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
  • Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
  • Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry.
  • Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit.
  • Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend required
    Job Requirements
  • Required for clinical positions only (AHA or ARC acceptable)
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license, and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
  • Complete within 12 months - does not expire
  • 2 vaccines or positive titer. If low or equivocal 1 Booster or declination accepted.
  • Required September 1st through March 31st
  • PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot within 1 year of start
  • Physician Statement within the last 12 months
  • Unexpired government issued photo ID
  • Valid for 10 years from the administered date. Declinations accepted.
  • Within 30 days of Start.
  • Ran within 30 days of start.
  • 2 Professional References for all positions, 1 must be from Supervisor.
  • Standard 10 panel within 30 days of start. Instant okay.

  • Attestation of completed I-9 (Must be on Agency letterhead)

  • COVID-19 Vaccine - Declination accepted.
  • TB Test - Chest X-ray within 5 years of start for Positive PPD
  • Will accept TBQ in lieu of TB for anyone who has received COVID-19 vaccine in last 4 weeks
