*Along with performing as a staff LVN, the Clinical Lead (LVN) is responsible for;*

* Providing technical support to Medical Assistant and LVN staff in a clinic site or physician module to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures, management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff.

* Covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures.

* The review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy.

* Practicing within the scope of a LVN and contributing to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care.

*Required Qualifications:*

* Current California LVN license.

* Minimum 2 years clinical experience.

* American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.

* Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Previous training experience and leadership skills.

* Experience in an outpatient setting.
