The Total Rewards Analyst partners with the European Human Resource Teams in the development, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs and policies to support the business strategy for locations in the region within Eurasia policy and practice framework. The Total Rewards Analyst serves as Center of Excellence representative to local HR Team Leads as a specialist in everything related to Rewards. All development, deployment and communication activities of annual Merit based annual Salary Reviews are conducted out of Total Rewards India. This position's primary responsibilities include ensuring competitiveness, adoption and understanding of total rewards programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and grading systems. Through interpretation of regulations as well as ongoing market trends, the Total Rewards Analyst will make recommendations on changes needed to the current compensation practices for India and facilitate discussions between stakeholders. This position will strongly support total rewards design outcomes and requires high level of aptitude for Compensation and Benefits principles and practice as well as credibility with leadership. As a member of the Human Resource Team, the Total Rewards Analyst will have the opportunity to interact with regional resources and contribute towards Eurasia HR related projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Human Resource Leadership team to develop Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices.

  • Implementation, administration, and communication of Total Rewards programs (including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives, recognition, and other rewards). Oversees the management of our benefits vendor relationships, benefits contracts, and bid negotiation in case sourcing is not doing this.

  • Supports recommendations to Merit based Annual Salary Reviews (salary increase matrix) based on macroeconomic indicators / market projections and collective agreements.

  • Analyzes market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation, benefit, and total rewards programs to ensure they optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent. Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including the local collective agreements and other applicable Labor and Tax laws and regulations; fulfills compliance and reporting requirements.

  • Partners with all India regional locations, Madrid Office, and Home Office and to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives.

  • Actively support Workday data maintenance and accuracy with regards to compensation and benefits details and lateral audit trails supporting changes.

  • Global Grading/Job Leveling: informing and communicating to leaders, train local HRTL about compensation administration and ensure alignment in compensation processes.

  • Incentive Calculations: Verify and approve eligible earnings and supervise the specific incidents that affect the payment: absent rates discounts, salary changes in the middle of the semester, etc.). Elaborate the presentations with the metric performance and payouts results for leadership teams in each location.

  • Support all regular as well as ad hoc reporting needed to support business leadership decision making and/or ongoing operations

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field

  • Master's Degree in Rewards philosophy and Compensation & Benefits practice as nice to have

  • +6 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and HR experience

  • Critical thought, strategic vision, change management and influence capabilities, problem solver and developing + empowering others.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment autonomous and independently.

  • Maintains confidentiality.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal skills.

  • Communicates clearly and can identify key messages and deliver them in a simple way.

  • Pays close attention to detail and is capable of developing reward recommendations with accuracy, in a timely way.

  • Process driven mindset and able to deliver smoothly.

  • Able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility.

  • Builds credibility and fosters strong partnerships at all levels.

  • Excel proficiency and data modeling. Self-motivated and team player.

  • Availability to travel up to 20% ( on annual basis)
