Schneck Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join their established traditional OB/GYN practice.

Compensation Package

  • Up to $200,000 Incentive Loan
  • $90,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $2,000 Per Month Living Stipend for 12 Months for Residents & Fellows
  • $375,000 Guaranteed Base Compensation
  • PLUS - wRVU Production Compensation – Potential for +/- $80,000 per Year Additional Compensation

  • Deliver & Operate at 1 Hospital
  • You Take Night & Weekend Call From Home – Or Go Do Something Fun But In the Area – Kids Games, The Park, Dinner, etc.
  • 1:5 Call • 1 Weekday (24 hours) • 1 in 5th Weekend (Home Call)
  • Physicians Equally Split wRVUs Generated from OB Patients & Keep Their Own GYN wRVUs
  • Current Physicians Average an OB to GYN split in the 40% - 60% Range
  • Available Patient Volume will Allow You to be as Busy as You Desire – New & Existing Patients
  • Practice has an Impeccable Reputation
    • Represented by 80% Market Share in Home County and Consistently Increasing Market Share in Surrounding Counties
  • Schneck is an Independent Hospital, Financially Stable and with Physician Leadership at the Helm

Clinic
  • Each Physician has a Dedicated Medical Assistant
  • Office has a Dedicated Triage Nurse for Phone Calls & New OB Patient Education
  • Office EMR is Fully Integrated with Hospital's EMR – Access to Office Records on L&D Floor
  • Office is Equipped with:
    • Two 3D Ultrasounds
    • 2 Ultrasound Technicians
  • In Office Procedures
    • BPP
    • NST
    • SIS
    • IUD
    • Nexplanon
    • Colposcopy
    • LEEP
    • Basic Fertility Workups, Including own HSGs & Ovulation Induction Agents
    • NP with Strong OB Experience and GYN Procedure Skillset Providing Genetic Counseling and Pessary Management
Operating Room
  • Dedicated OR Block
  • Da Vinci Xi Surgical System – Training available if needed
  • 9 OR Rooms with 1 Dedicated to the Robot
  • OR Procedures Include:
    • Robotic Hysterectomy
    • Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
    • Endometrial Oblation
    • Traditional Laparoscopic Work
    • Uro/Gyn Procedures
Labor & Delivery
  • Average of 800 deliveries per year
  • Level II Nursing
  • 32 weeks+ Deliveries
  • Exclusive Med/Peds Hospitalist Program – Hospitalist Attends All C-Sections
  • Well Established MFM Consultation and Transfer Network
  • OR Suite on L&D Floor
  • No VBACs
