The Senior FP&A Analyst is to be a point of contact for leaders for financial and operational information. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI financial reporting and dashboards based on business needs and delivering actionable insights that guide data-driven decision-making across the Sector.

What You'll Be Doing:
This position provides leadership support by performing the following functions:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective reporting
- Maintain strong project management practices for project visibility and to ensure project development progresses to meet objectives and deadlines
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track operational and business performance and KPIs based on business need with the ability to implement effective, scalable solutions
- Ensure data accuracy by applying quality assurance procedures and validation checks
- Provide user training on reports and dashboards with intended insights to maximize their impact
- Liaise with IT to streamline and automate analytical reporting processes
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a timely manner
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights for business strategy, complete data normalization
- Stay updated on Power BI and other relevant technology features and industry best practices to enhance reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations on reporting and data management
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business leaders; support operational decisions, cost improvement programs, financial improvements etc.
- Create presentations for leadership
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Graduate degree in business, accounting, or related field a plus
- 5 years' experience designing, developing, and implementing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
