Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are all required-can sub pending
• AHA ONLY. Instructor, Provider, and RQI is acceptable.
• CL - please check UD when qualifying to determine if required.
• Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start.
• Required - Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start.
• NURSYS required within 30 days of start.
• EPIC Pass/Fail administered onsite. Skills check competency will be administered to clinical travelers.
• Traveler is given 2 attempts to pass. If they cannot pass after 2 chances, Saint Francis will escalate to leadership to determine how to proceed.
• Required as applicable by Profession
• Color Blind Exam required. Relias online exam is acceptable.
• Required as applicable to Profession/Specialty
• For Subs Only: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
• A clear, passport-style photo is required.
• For Subs Only: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.

Job Details
• Block scheduling will try to be accommodated!
• Must have Neuro experience including Neuro-PIN, trauma, neurosurgery, stroke, and other neuro specific diagnoses
• Patient Ratio 1 - 5-6
• Unit Info: Patient Diagnoses CVA, TIA, AMS, Majority of General Medical diagnosis
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Neuro Surgeries, Neuro PIN patients

• Internal requirement - I9 or Attestation required.
