    Certification Details
  • BLS (AHA) is required.

    Job Details
  • SCHEDULE STARTS with 3-12s 1st two weeks starting 10/24/24 Thur - Sat (1900-0700) THEN change to 8 hr DAYS M-F (0700 - 1530) for remainder of assignment.
  • Responsible for diagnostic cardiac or vascular ultrasound that results in providing the cardiologist with measurements and accurate images of cardiac structures in order for the physician to provide accurate diagnosis.
  • Provides 'immediate feedback' with preliminary reports of critical results to the nurses and physicians in the health system is critical for life saving treatment intervention.
  • Assists the physician with studies and aids them in proceeding with complex procedures to decrease potential associated procedural risks including procedures in the OR, Hybrid lab, Cath lab and CAD, to include TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement), SAVR (Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement), Tandem heart, and Lariet procedures.
  • Experience in TTE (inpatient and outpatient) TEE, structural imagining, ECMO, and Impella placement experience preferred.
    Job Requirements
  • 3+ years RECENT ADULT ECHOCARDIOGRAM SONOGRAPHY, PHILLIPS EQUIPMENT AND EPIC EMR experience REQUIRED.
  • CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION REQUIRED: BLS (AHA,) plus either a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).
  • Graduate from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program strongly preferred.
  • Safety sensitive position: Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), safety sensitive position is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others.     Schedule Information
  • Initial schedule consists of 3-12 hour shifts for the first two weeks followed by 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday to Friday for the remainder of the assignment.

  • Phillips Equipment experience required.
