SAIC is seeking a User Engagement Engineer to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA.  Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for acquiring advanced mission control and processing systems to adapt the ground architecture to maximize the utility of the organizations systems, share data with Mission Partners, and continue to deliver innovative and agile capabilities for ground development.

The User Engagement Specialist will provide SETA support to a program that delivers a secure and scalable DevSecOps capability enabling Low-side software development for High-side implementation. This is done cooperatively with government, FFRDC, and other SETA contractors. In this role you will actively support GED's Enterprise Data, Applications, and Platform (EDAP) transformation.

As a User Engagement Specialist, your job duties are related to product marketing, customer service and relations, and prospecting.  Your primary responsibility it to encourage Mission Partners to use and/or expand their use of the existing program above.

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Managing the relationship with existing Mission customers and building the strategy for onboarding new customers
  • Full understanding of the “low-to-high” pipeline to ensure accurate communication with customer.
  • Ability to adjust program message in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Interaction with customers to include wants, needs, requirements, and solution suggestions that suit their interests.
  • Taking customer feedback regularly and build a working lesson learned.
  • Collaborate with different teams and monitor all aspects of the project, including communication, technology, and development.
  • Exercising your working knowledge and thorough understanding of requirements management for NRO and NRO programs
  • Provide support to the Program Office in the execution of mission critical systems.
  • Represent the government at developer lead release and sprint planning events; ensuring that the government and stakeholder needs are prioritized.
  • Proactively engage with Agile Development teams to assess implementation and execution.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Business Analysis Expertise
  • Strong communications and coordination skills
  • Robust problem-solving and Leaderships Experience
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of cloud computing technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud software development
  • Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Experience with government program management, readiness, program control and budgeting
  • Developing engaging business plans to approach new customers.
  • Management and monitoring of marketing and engagement campaigns.  Continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.
  • Create engaging marketing plans for new products and services.
  • Monitor the ongoing marketing campaigns and plan on making them more effective.
