Description
Software Development Technical Lead working closely with Government Managers to lead and facilitate software development team to accelerate system development. Must have outstanding communication skills and be familiar with defining requirements, managing JIRA, and have technical project management/lead experience. Responsible for successful performance of software development team projects as part of a larger program under direction of Contract PM. Manage and integrate activities and resources to ensure technical and schedule performance; manage risk and customer relationships.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI security clearance with a FSP polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (5) years or more experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical teams
- Expertise in JIRA
- Experience managing cyclical and continual prioritization of Solution-level Kanban / Backlog across programs/teams
- Experience defining and prioritizing requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Knowledgeable of Agile practices
- Capability to adapt to fluid situations and prioritize tasking in a dynamic environment
