SAIC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support an exciting customer mission area as a Systems Integrator. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment, where strong individual performance supports team collaboration. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, and possess strong cost and scheduling acumen. Responsibilities include:- Support mission integration and coordination with various levels of leadership.
- Manage detailed and program level integrated master schedules.
- Analyze and interpret reports containing technical, schedule and cost performance data.
- Manage customer facing schedules and meeting agenda development.
- Provide prompt and accurate meeting minutes to stakeholders.
- Assist the team with general onboarding processes.
- Execute action tracking from meetings, boards, and product review.
- Facilitate business process execution, development, and document management.
- Facilitate customer configuration management process and shepherd products through approval boards.
- Ability to support governance activities as needed to ensure customer review boards are run smoothly.
Qualifications
- You must currently hold an active TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical techniques to evaluate programmatic data and provide concise feedback.
- Experience with cost performance and managing master schedules.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to support a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications:
- Earned Value Management (EVP) experience.
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Program/project management experience.
- Desire and ability to work on multiple fast- paced projects.
- Previous experience organizing and managing trainings in a classroom setting.
