SAIC is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our team in Daegu, Korea.

Job Duties:

• Provide C4I authentication services, perform system administration for Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, SharePoint, and Group Policy Management.
• Perform system administration of Microsoft Exchange 2019/OWA/Cisco Mail Guard.
• Perform Redhat Linux administration for Mission Command application services (i.e., Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J) on Allied-Secret and US-Secret Communications networks, knowledge of GCCS COP/Agile is desired.
• Perform system administration for VMWARE, vSphere, ESXI, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Dell Compellent, HP Nimble data storage services. Update and patch all VMWARE technologies. Troubleshoot with vendors to replace hard drives and other necessary datacenter computer hardware resources to maintain fidelity of IT services.
• Perform system administration for other Enterprise services such Print Services, DFS Management, Nutanix File services, Windows Update Service (WSUS), Microsoft MECM/SCCM/Management Points/Mobile Distribution points/servers.
• Maintain Cisco ISE Security servers, maintain ISE profiles, manage Cisco Secure Client, troubleshoot and update Secure Client Policies along with 802.1.x issues for domain computers
• Provide Tier0, Tier1 with in-house training on any and all Enterprise services listed in the service catalog.
•  Maintain quarterly DISA STIGs on all necessary technology areas. Frequently mitigate IAVMs as required by DISA/Cybercom/NETCOM.
• Administer Dell Avamar Enterprise backup/recovery services for all VMWARE server VMs and enterprise services at multiple datacenters.
• Provide reports pertaining to systems maintained under this task (i.e. shared drive capacities/statistics, SharePoint capacities/statistics, server and environmental snapshots, etc.). Operate and maintain server environment for designated systems and plan for expansion for new or emerging systems for future growth of 40%.
• Application Services. Provide customers with bilingual (Korean and English) custom application services, including, but not limited    to hosting, updating, modification and validation of source code. May support custom application services on US-Unclassified but Sensitive Communications Networks for USACISA-P, 1st SIG BDE, and USFK J6. Deliver an updated indexed compilation of all source code and application data flow diagrams to the Government at the end of each contract year. Maintain documentation in an IIL-based Definitive Software Library (DSL).
• Definitive Software Library (DSL). Work with FT/ATS personnel to host the DSL on the FT/ATS lab/developmental network.
• Critical Application Services. Provide at least 99% availability on all critical custom application hosting services, including SharePoint, KTO Portal, Case Operations (CASOP) Tool, and Wartime Host Nation Support (WHNS).

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree. 

Required Certifications: 

• Must have at least IAT Level II-certified and have any one of the following certifications: Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSE, CND, SSCP
• Must also have a certification in the computing environment (e.g., MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, etc.) prior to start date
•  Must have ITIL Foundations certification on hire (can allow up to 60 days).

Required Security Clearance: 

• Must have an interim security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
