SAIC is seeking a Software System Requirement and Process Engineering SME to support our TISETA contract team located at the Offutt AFB, NE. The ideal candidate will perform information technology and software task integration and formulate high level System, Cyber and Software capabilities and Requirements. This is to include supporting the Software Process Owner and defining and monitoring the delivery of mission capabilities required to be delivered by the Software Factory and evaluating test results to ensure requirements have been met.

- Engage with diverse, distributed, and highly technical teams for software development and work closely with operational military staff and expert engineering teams.
- Prepare detailed programmatic documentation including implementation directives, management plans, and monitor SW Sprint status and reports.
- Produce integrated assessments of SMPES Software development progress to support mission capabilities and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) or more years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related field with exposure to defense innovation projects; Master's degree and twelve (12) or more years or more experience
- Proven experience with DoD operational planning, systems integration, and testing & evaluation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of drafting complex documentation and presenting to various stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including military personnel, engineers, and program managers.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting within a project management context.
- Active TS SCI clearance
