SAIC seeking individual with ability to oversee the development and execution of long-range strategic plans and objectives of the company or customer organizations. Formulates strategic courses of action to maximize the organizational unit's advantage within its market. Recommends actions to be taken including significant capital expenditures. Advances existing capabilities to meet customer's evolving needs as well as drive expansion to new and related markets. May be responsible for activities to identify, investigate and evaluate strategic business alliances that are consistent with the organizational unit's long-range goals. May structure joint venture and acquisition transactions and suggest terms of agreements. Ability to work with senior management and customer leadership as an individual contributor.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and eight years(8) or more experience.
Required Experience:
- NASA aircraft operations experience
- 15+ years of experience managing large complex organizations, effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
