SAIC is seeking a SharePoint Developer to serve within the NORAD/NORTHCOM IT contract. SharePoint Developers work in cross-functional teams to derive actionable business process solutions and then then translate mission needs into useful applications and flows needed to improve business processes.

***This position requires an active Secret clearance and is onsite in Colorado Springs***

• Provide front-end development by leveraging best practices and adhering to 508 compliance standards; collaborate in the design, verification, and development of SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, customized Power App forms, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and complex Power Automate flows. The candidate's work will comply with DoD standards and is reviewed by the customer and SAIC company management.
• Candidate must demonstrate complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Candidate must demonstrate complete understanding of the “Microsoft workspace” and specifically, SharePoint Online. Candidate must demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate. Candidate must demonstrate basic knowledge of Power BI and the integrate functions within SharePoint Online. Candidate must have experience in managing SharePoint Online permissions and access control configuration. 
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of business processes where analysis requires evaluation and a systematic approach to generating business process solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform suite. Candidate must demonstrate the basic ability to design and develop Power Applications backed by Power Automate flows that follow industry best practice.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelors in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 5 years or more experience; Masters and zero (2) years or more experience. Experience level of candidate will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in developing and supporting Enterprise-level applications.
• Technical Skills:  Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform Suite, SQL Server, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, C++, ASP.NET, and the .NET framework. 
• Must have IAT Level II (Security + or equivalent to start work.
• Must have Secret level clearance to start work.

Desired Skills:   

• SharePoint Developers with experience in Microsoft Power Platform are highly desired and will be given prime consideration. Candidates with prior Military or DoD contracting experience is highly desired.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
