SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer supporting United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) in Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
Job Duties:
- Primary point of contact to coordinate support for the INSCOM G7 government liaison officer in Korea for the Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture and other INSCOM efforts as required within INDOPACOM
- Work closely with customers, senior leadership within programs, and other systems engineers and development engineers to comprehend customer objectives and requirements and develop solutions utilizing experience with Distributed Common Ground System–Army (DCGS–A), Tactical Intelligence Targeting, Access Node (TITAN), Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), INSCOM Cloud Initiative (ICI), and Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms
- Collaborate in a team environment to leverage and coordinate with DoD and contract network engineers as well as field operations support technicians in Hawaii and CONUS and provide on-site or remote support to troubleshooting efforts outside of Hawaii but within the Global Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture
- Attend and represent the G7 in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges CONUS and OCONUS related to Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture, existing technology, or new and emerging capabilities that could enhance INSCOM's ability to satisfy gaps and requirements
- Prepare and present briefings, white papers, executive summaries and other presentations for senior-level Army and IC leaders utilizing proven and strong organization and presentation skills, experience utilizing MS Office Apps and other productivity applications and tools, classified and unclassified
- Assist in providing Tier III level support to operations and maintenance of the local cross domain solutions
- Provide Tier II onsite support to include fault isolation, repair, periodic inspection, and analysis, and replacing unserviceable equipment (as inventory permits)
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree and five (5) years of experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI CI Poly
Required Skills:
- DoD 8140 – System Administration / Qualification Code: 451
- Personal Certifications: A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+
Desired Skills:

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
