Position Summary
SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Management Director to join our leadership team supporting our Health customers. The Senior Program Management Director is an experienced senior leader who will be a core member of the leadership team providing oversight as it relates to growth and team leadership.
- Represent SAIC and program performance to Customers in various venues including governance forums, performance oversight meetings, and other situations as required;
- Provide oversight for growth operations and growth team members
- Working with Account Executives and Business Managers to identify and develop new opportunities for services.
- Manage staffing and budget associated with your direct reports;
- Provide status reports, presentations and communications including executive updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Act as a point of escalation and executive interface for critical growth needs and targets
- Responsible for attainment of customer satisfaction goals and metrics;
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:- Bachelors and 17 years or more of related experience; Masters and 15 years or more of related experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong skills with: MS Office products, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
- 6+ years of experience supporting Federal Health agencies
- Contract management, requirements management and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of growing a Health Program or Portfolio
- Experience winning deals with Federal Health customers
- Track record of successfully winning re-competes
