We are seeking an expert Integrated Operations (IO) lead engineer  who will be instrumental in operating and enhancing a multifaceted IT ecosystem. This expert will be entrusted with the integration of newly developed systems and the strategic advancement of an IT infrastructure to ensure optimal stability, flexibility, and mission support. Proficiency in handling diverse software and hardware, both on-premises and cloud-based (AWS), alongside a solid command of DevSecOps practices, is crucial. 

Qualifications

• Possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.  

• Experience facilitating the seamless integration of new systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across the software and hardware spectrum. 

• Demonstrable experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, migrations, and hybrid systems. 

• Possess a proficiency in data management, both in traditional databases and cloud-native solutions, as well as expertise in Big Data technologies. 

• Proficiency in DevSecOps methodology, inclusive of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security integration. 

• Experience architecting and orchestrating enhancements for on-premises and AWS cloud environments, bolstering system robustness and mission capabilities. 

• Hands on experience refining data ingestion processes and adapting to changing data formats and schemas, and augmenting system throughput and operational proficiency. 

• Experience enforcing strict compliance and security standards, and meeting rigorous service and application requirements within the IT mission framework. 

• Several years of Technical Collaboration: Engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive forward system capabilities, addressing operational demands and user needs. 

• Experience providing expert guidance and recommendations, fostering best practices in the management and the evolution of an IT infrastructure. 

• Advanced knowledge of networking principles and cloud network technology (e.g., VPC, Direct Connect). 

• Command over scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef). 

 

Desired 

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar credentials.
