SAIC, a premier provider of advisory services to the government, is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support an exciting customer mission area, on a prime contract. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment, where individual performance and collaboration is valued. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, and possess strong organizational abilities. Being able to learn new concepts quickly is key.
Qualifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI and Poly
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
- Experience managing senior customer calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference rooms
- Experience managing onboarding processes for new personnel to include coordinating on building accesses as well as shared folder and e-mail group accesses
- Experience constructing and maintaining organizational charts and updating content for SharePoint-based information pages
- Experience updating/creating phone cards and organizational communication documents
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience working with customer-specific applications related to mail group and shared folder requests
- Must have an executive presence, problem solving skills and an ability to drive to solutions
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team
Desired:
- Familiarity with operating VTC equipment to enable meetings
