SAIC's Space & Intel Business Group, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking A Project Integrator to provide project management and oversight, while working collaboratively with a team of developers.

This position is in McLean, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. 

Job responsibilities include: 

• Requirements gathering: Conduct detailed analysis of business needs, user workflows, and data requirements to identify necessary system functionalities.
• Collaboration with developers: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Testing and quality assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met defining and solving problems with existing systems.
• Implementation and deployment: Assist in the rollout of new systems, including user training.
• Maintenance and support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to users after deployment such as training users and providing end-user support. Coordinate stakeholder engagements such as virtual and in-person user requirements gathering sessions and trainings 
• Project management: Contribute to project planning, tracking progress, risk planning and management, and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare meeting agendas and collect meeting minutes. Track POCs, tasks, and action items to meet program deadlines 

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. 
• Bachelors in computer science, information systems, or a related field and seven 10 years or more experience; Masters and 7 years or more experience ; PhD or JD and 5 years or more experience.   
• 7 or more years of demonstrated work experience in the following: 
  • Systems analysis, business analysis, or software development.
  • Working within an Agile Scrum team environment.
  • Managing IT projects.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Working with financial data sets.
  • Using issue tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence or similar.
• Required skills for a Systems Analyst
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and system optimization.
  • Technical skills: Understanding of programming languages, database management systems, network infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes of issues, develop solutions, and implement effective changes to address system challenges.
  • Project management skills: Understanding of project management principles to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Business acumen: Awareness of business objectives, industry trends, and how IT systems can contribute to strategic goals.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) 
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
