SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to supportthe Treasury's Advanced Analytics Application (AAP) Program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building, growing, and supporting the analytics platform, ensuring continued integration with EDP and supporting CTO initiatives related to Generative AI sandboxes. This position will play a critical role in maturing the AAP platform through continued leadership supporting the growth of AAP functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight & Management:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the AAP program, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, schedule, cost, and financial performance requirements.
  • Define or revise program requirements as necessary; effectively engage with, manage, motivate and retain diverse team of subject matter experts.
  • Execution of the program in compliance with program requirements and evolving customer needs.
  • Manage and integrate activities in accordance with program requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth migration of services to TCloud and oversee the knowledge transfer process from the current incumbent to the TCloud team.
  • Identify key resources required to manage and execute to the program, often requiring real-time changes to meet dynamic program needs.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Manage and integrate a large program staff, including subcontractors, suppliers, and task or project leads.
  • Continued coordination and collaboration with SAIC's Innovation Factory leadership and program staff.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for team members.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and direction across established teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Develop/ evolve and execute a robust transition and associated communications plan to ensure effective information flow among stakeholders across the program and SAIC's Innovation Factory teams as appropriate.
  • Monitor program progress and performance against SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Technical Oversight:

  • Lead diverse technical teams responsible for work in areas such as platform architecture and integration, data science, AI/ML, compliance, and trustworthy AI and data.
  • Ensure the alignment of technical initiatives with the Treasury's strategic objectives.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (business, technology, etc.) and eight (8) years or more related experience or;
  • Master's and six years (6) or more experience.
  • Active U.S. Department of the Treasury Public Trust clearance or higher; ability to obtain/ maintain like IRS suitability.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Technical leadership expertise in relevant areas such as AI/ML engineering, GenAI, data science, cloud and infrastructure architecture, Databricks, Amazon AI solutions, responsible AI, etc.
  • Experience in leading AI/ML projects and deploying models in production environments.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
