SAIC is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Management Team Manager to support the U.S. Navy's Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) programs. The Program Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with the U.S. Navy's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage UAS program activities, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
• Coordinate with U.S. Navy officials and stakeholders to ensure program alignment with strategic objectives
• Oversee the development and implementation of UAS technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree and 10 years experience 
• Prior experience leading a small or large team is required
• Proven track record managing complex programs and projects, preferably related to UAS or defense systems
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of Unmanned Aerial Systems, including their design, development, testing, and deployment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of an active Secret clearance is required

Preferred Experience:

• Masters Degree is preferred
• 15+ years' experience in NAVAIR preferred
• Experience managing a team of 30 or more
• Experience working directly with U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense (DoD) programs
• Experience with Systems Engineering processes, including requirements management, configuration management, and risk management
• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Problem-solving skills to address technical and logistical challenges effectively

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
