SAIC provides comprehensive management and engineering support services to PMA209 including project management and ARC-210 communications radio technical support and training.  We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to oversee our PMA-209 team. This position requires supervision of employees, direct support to the prime contractor and Navy customer, and tracking financial and technical status of the program to satisfy SAIC program management processes.

This position will be located in the Patuxent River, MD area and will include hybrid customer-site, SAIC-site, and teleworking work environments.

Responsibilities may Include but are not limited to: 

• Regular interaction with the prime for continued review and development of personnel staffing to ensure all contract objectives are properly executed.
• Developing and submitting bi-weekly financial and monthly status reports to the prime .
• Maintaining prescribed financial controls and assuring the integrity of financial matters concerning subcontractor support.
• Coordinating efforts with supporting organizations including contracts, procurement, project control, finance, and human resources related to the staffing/funding of the contract.
• Regular interaction across all levels of management.  Interactions may involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading leadership and managers that result in the best business solution
• Creating and maintaining a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff and the free flow of information throughout the entire organization

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (degree can be substituted with 6 years of relevant experience)
• 10+ years total of relevant experience in the field or in a related area
• Active Secret clearance is required
• Ability to manage all aspects of a contract to include but not limited to: financial, reporting, personnel management, technical, planning, and subcontracting.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
