JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees and manages the administrative aspects of ongoing projects.  Supports the program / project management teams and global mobility team with management of international employees.  Assists with onboarding / offboarding of international employees.   Enters and maintains documents and data in required portals.    Reviews status of projects,  manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives and deadlines.  Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with managers. Responsible for ensuring contract requirements are being accomplished. Responsibilities may include developing  schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee). SCOPE: N/A LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT: N/A KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Participates in development of advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Establishes operational objectives and assignments. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies, which affect immediate operation(s) and may have company-wide effect. PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Participates in development of solutions to problems of unusually complex, which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation. Challenges are often unique and solutions may serve precedent for future decisions. FREEDOM TO ACT: Works under consultative direction toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Virtually self-supervisory. 

Qualifications

  • Superior administrative skills
  • Data entry and data management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to work independently, set objectives, meet goals and deadlines 
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain Status in the United Kingdom 
  • Bachelors and 15 years, or relevant years of experience providing USG / DOD  customer support.
  • US Citizen and currently possess active TS/SCI
