 SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Principal to support government customers of NAVWAR PMW-160 and Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), within the Deployment and Modernization installation functional areas.  This position is a HYBRID/ REMOTE role in San Diego, CA. Must be local to area. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Will be interfacing with system development engineers, design subject matter experts, alteration installation teams, and financial points of contact as needed in support of installation planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure technical solution information is reviewed and verified as accurate, coordinate project schedules, and oversee all aspects of documents' multiple review phases.
• Create, review, and update documents for clarity, accuracy, proper grammar, and sentence structure.
  
• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects, monitor and develop risk mitigation plans as necessary.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree with ten (10) years or more of experience in document writing, strategic planning, and priority setting to ensure goals are executed in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• Position requires strong program management, technical writing, and multitasking skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Must be proactive and self-motivated, with proficient problem-solving skills.
• Experience within PMW-160 preferred.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
