SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in  Newport, RI. 

Job Duties:

• The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both programmatic execution as well as Department level execution. 
• The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems. 
• In addition, the individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis. 
• This individual will develop miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required.  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years of relevant experience.
• MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects.
• Must have the ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Quick learner and proactive.

 Desired Skills:

• DoD Financial Experience.
• Navy ERP Experience.
• Project Management Experience.
• Understanding of financial/technical documentation.
