SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst/ Scheduler for our customer site in Hanahan, SC.
The Program Analyst/ Scheduler will utilize MS Project to manage projects and develop and socialize schedule reports.
- Works with Program Managers and Project Teams for new projects to develop and integrate the master schedule from a high level.
- Communicate and publish plans to appropriate involved individuals to ensure each person understands the overall scope of the project and when tasks are required to be begun and completed.
- Works with staff from throughout the company as well as with Project Managers to develop detailed project plans from concept through completion for approved projects with all the interacting departments.
- Manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Responsibilities may include developing schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree and three (3) years related experience. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must be proficient with MS Project.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired:
- Milestone Pro and One-Pager experience.
