Business Analyst / PowerApps Developer requiring a Position of Public Trust clearance located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  In this role, you will be responsible for working with business and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications and develop PowerApps solutions.

Job Role Specific Requirements:

  • Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps app development
  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions
  • Work with other development team members to design and develop high performing solutionshich satisfy the requirements
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.
  • Create QA test cases/test steps to ensure quality
  • Responsible for QA testing the entire solution to ensure that it is ready for user acceptance testing
  • Work with end users to ensure user acceptance testing and a complete delivery of reporting/analysis solution
  • Perform peer review and testing on PowerApps solutions
  • Remains technically fluent with new and existing forms tools, processes, and development techniques
  • Support SharePoint Development & Testing

Qualifications

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of development experience in SharePoint environment(s)
  • 3+ years of business systems analysis and support experience
  • 2+ year of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Previous work or consulting experience supporting state or Federal government clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multi-task effectively between projects.
  • Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.
  • Managing SharePoint Content
  • Working with SharePoint lists, libraries, views & workflows
  • Experience working with business workflows
  • Basic Internet Technology Development skills (HTML/CSS)
  • JQuery/JavaScript/JSLink
  • Experience/Understanding of Software Development principles
  • UI/UX fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Openness and flexibility to learn any new technology as needed

Must Have Skills:

  • Certification in App Maker with PowerApps and Flow (OR) Higher

Attributes: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience

 

   Note: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a public trust
