SAIC is seeking an Orders Specialist to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), located at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Responsibilities may include:
- Provides technical expertise for the identification, development and prioritization of cyberspace operations requirements, processes, procedures, and governing directives.
- Provides situational awareness (SA) of cyber incidents, health, performance, availability, and reliability of the DODIN.
- Identifies issues and priorities affecting operations.
- Supports the creation, dissemination, and compliance of applicable orders and directives to the DOD community.
- Prepares and modifies requirements to develop capabilities based on the changing environment for appropriate Government review, validation, and prioritization.
- Analyzes capability development requirements, concept of operation documents, and provide feedback.
- Creates and tracks status of USCYBERCOM Orders and Directives.
- Prepares and delivers SA and operational update briefs.
- Participates and provides input for Command exercises.
- Processes inbound nickname requests for operations and creates/updates instructions to register new terms and track status of existing terms.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or a related functional area.
- Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level I Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support.

- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clearance Requirements:
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- US citizenship.
