SAIC is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support Space and Cyber Studies and Analysis located at Huntsville, Alabama. 

Job Duties:

• Function as a study lead, working with modelers and junior research analysts to guide model development, conduct analysis, and provide results to key leaders. 
• Lead analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of modeling and simulation tools for conducting military operational effectiveness analysis.
• Support operational and cost-benefit analyses that enable the experimentation, exercises, tabletop wargames, and studies required to support major decisions concerning acquisition of new technologies and the development of CONOPS to provide Space and Cyber capabilities to current and future Warfighters.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree and (2) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• Project Management experience
• Operations Research experience
• Statistical Analysis experience

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency with one or more M&S tools to include: AFSIM, SEAS, GIANT, ExtendSIM, JCATS, STORM, , STK, OneSAF, IMOM, JCSS
• Military Experience
• Knowledge of SATCOM, Space Control, NAVWAR, ISR, PNT, Cyber, EW, High Energy Lasers
