SAIC is hiring a Nuclear Campaign Analyst to provide support to SAF/SA with the validation of nuclear modeling constructs. The successful candidate will develop briefings, papers and reports on theater-level conventional and nuclear integration warfighting impacts based on modeling and simulation analysis (M&SA) analysis and Subject Matter Expertise. Furthermore, the candidate will coordinate with the Services, Joint Chiefs, and Secretary of Defense Staffs and Department of Defense Agencies to build models and develop analytic products. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and Fifteen years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Required Clearance:
- Top Secret required to start; TS/SCI eligible to maintain employment
- US citizenship required
Required Skills:
- Ability to assist in translating CWMD/nuclear operations and effects into campaign level modeling and simulation analysis (M&SA)
- Experience briefing senior military leadership
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Joint/Air Force Campaign Plans and Operations (Air Operations Center or M&S experience a plus)
- Air Force Weapon School
- Air Force bomber operations and employment
- Familiarity with DAF POM and PPBE process
