SAIC is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer.
This position is Hybrid with 2 days a week in office in College Park, GA, team desires the selected candidate to live in the commuting area.
Position responsibilities include:
- Preparing schedules and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain schedule status and alignment with other program artifacts.
- Analyzing, producing and presenting project status information to support various program reporting and decision-making activities.
- Ensuring accuracy of project schedules, performing version control, performing schedule risk analysis, performing schedule optimization, as well as identifying and resolving critical path and logical conflicts.
- Identifying potential project trends and risks to management.
- Duties may include program and organizational analysis and process mapping to identify barriers to achieving ATO goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 10+ years of recent experience in developing and maintaining complex, integrated project schedules.
- Skilled in using Primavera P6 to develop and analyze schedules.
- Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to satisfy FAA resume and security approval process requirements.
- FAA Corporate Work Plan (CWP) experience – this is the enterprise scheduling tool for Engineering Services.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
