SAIC is seeking a mid-level Logistics Analyst to join our team in Bedford, Indiana, as a key member of an engineering team supporting rapid prototyping efforts, and test operations. Job Duties:

• Provide logistics support for engineering, rapid prototyping, and test operations.
• Manage and track supply chain logistics, inventory control, and procurement to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records to support ongoing projects.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling for engineering and test activities.
• Work closely with engineers, program managers, and support teams to ensure seamless logistics integration.
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities and provide solutions to emerging logistical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and company policies related to logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Support field operations and test events by ensuring timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
• Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to optimize workflow and efficiency

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and (3) three years of relevant experience; Masters degree (1) one year of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• Proficiency with logistics tracking systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and data entry.
• Ability to analyze and solve logistical challenges proactively.
