SAIC is seeking a mid-level Logistics Analyst to join our team in Bedford, Indiana, as a key member of an engineering team supporting rapid prototyping efforts, and test operations. This role requires an individual who can adapt quickly to emerging requirements, manage multiple logistics tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.

Job Duties:
- Provide logistics support for engineering, rapid prototyping, and test operations.
- Manage and track supply chain logistics, inventory control, and procurement to ensure operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records to support ongoing projects.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling for engineering and test activities.
- Work closely with engineers, program managers, and support teams to ensure seamless logistics integration.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities and provide solutions to emerging logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and company policies related to logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Support field operations and test events by ensuring timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to optimize workflow and efficiency
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and (3) three years of relevant experience; Masters degree (1) one year of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
- Proficiency with logistics tracking systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and data entry.
- Ability to analyze and solve logistical challenges proactively.
