SAIC is seeking an IT Representative located at Camp Smith, in Honolulu, Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM J7 to create SOP's and assist with on-boarding and out-processing of staff, as it relates to IT asset provisioning and user account creation and retirement.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Interface with key HQ J6 personnel, NMCI and other IT service providers to facilitate IT-related projects and issues
- Manage NMCI and HQ IT assets across J7 - maintain accountability, coordinate tech refresh
- Manage NMCI and HQ printers – ensure functionality, coordinate tech refresh, maintain supplies
- Create SOP's and conduct staff training as it relates to IT systems and HQ IT Service Management processes
- Create SOP's and assist with on-boarding and out-processing of staff, as it relates to IT asset provisioning and user account creation and retirement
- Manage IT projects as defined by J7 Director of Staff, ensure knowledge of J6 and HQ systems, network, and processes for successful implementation
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's and two (2)+ years of IT-related experience; additional four (4) years of IT experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Experience in IT and maintain a professional bearing and customer-oriented focus
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have an Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Must be a current US Citizen
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
