SAIC is looking for an ISEA and Program Office Support Engineer for the US Navy in Crane, IN.
NOTE: This position can be worked remotely/flexwork/work from home.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct engineering support to the Submarine Battery In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).
- Review technical documents and provide feedback and recommendations to the ISEA; perform risk assessment analysis on fleet submarine battery performance and write recommendations accordingly
- Perform battery performance data analysis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to the position.
- Knowledge of how submarine batteries function;
- Knowledge of the relationship between the NAVSEA Program Office and the Submarine Battery ISEA
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Apps
- Interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Engineering preferred
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
