SAIC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Military Operations Manager with extensive Intelligence expertise to work with a diverse team of corporate and government stakeholders providing technical expertise and operational support to global intelligence activities and business opportunities.

The Intelligence Operations Lead will:

  • Provide expert level advice and assistance to advance SAIC business opportunities and support on-program client objectives related to intelligence operations, transformation, and technology adoption.
  • Lead coordination and advisory support related to intelligence operations, technology insertion, operational federation, and intelligence best practices for diverse inter-service and inter-agency client groups.
  • Lead and participate in requirements evaluation, policy formation and review, resourcing analysis, and strategy development focused on global intelligence and security operations, based on client imperatives and corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate with corporate, industry, and government stakeholders to identify, evaluate, demonstrate, adopt, and integrate new systems and technologies to support multi-domain intelligence operations in-line with client requirements.
  • Lead and support the development and implementation of technical direction plans based on customer requirements and synchronized with program-level and corporate stakeholders.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates regarding on program performance and Service Level Management (SLM) related performance metrics.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, International Relations, Political Science, etc.)
  • Master's degree in relevant field highly preferred
  • Extensive experience and understanding of multi-COMPO Army intelligence activities, priorities, constraints, and requirements
  • 5+ years of intelligence project, program, or portfolio management experience (government or industry)
  • Intimate knowledge and familiarity with Joint and Service-level intelligence doctrine, policy, strategies, and priorities
  • Extensive experience managing and synchronizing multi-discipline intelligence activities, intelligence Fusion, and intelligence dissemination
  • Familiarity with intelligence system architecture, data management practices, and reporting structures
  • Familiarity with data management and engineering

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  • CDASA-I or IFPC preferred (advanced education in intelligence-related studies can be substituted)
  • Army MI Warrant Officer Intermediate Education (WOILE), Army MI Officer Intermediate Education (ILE), or service equivalent preferred
  • Active PMP certification preferred

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have a TS clearance and SCI eligibility
  • TS/SCI preferred

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
