SAIC is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade, MD.
Job Description:
The Intelligence Collection Manager will provide direct support to Joint Force Headquarters – Cyber (Marines) and will support the intelligence collection process and inter-office communications between the United States Intelligence Community, organic collection teams and multiple supported military headquarters intelligence centers at the TS/SCI level. Contractor will contribute to the creation of intelligence collection strategies; develop collection management products and plans; submit collection requirements to higher headquarters and the overall collection enterprise; and support the triage and dissemination of information to the appropriate consumer. Daily duties include advising the Intelligence Officer and Operations Officer and other groups in the planning, coordinating and submission of intelligence collection requirements across a variety of interests.
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of intelligence collection and collection management within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Law Enforcement Community operations; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree if supporting intelligence collection within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Law Enforcement Community including 2 years of collection management experience.
Required experience:
- Experience utilizing a variety of data sources, applications, and programs to collect, analyze, and identify potential collection resources to fill intelligence gaps.
- Experience drafting documents and presenting information in a clear and accurate manner.
- Ability to interact effectively and confidently with professionals at all levels.
Required clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly dated within the past 5 years.
Desired experience:
- Experience with the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace process and the Joint Targeting Process.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
