SAIC is looking for an Intel Analyst with experience in forensic multimedia and metadata analysis to support the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will identify any distinctive features and signatures associated with a source, emitter, or sender to answer a myriad of intelligence questions. Having experience in signal optimization, audio enhancement and authentication, and programming languages such as Python and MATLAB are expected.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelors and 2 years or more of relevant experience; OR Masters and 1 year or more of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related Scientific/ Engineering discipline. (Will consider 6 additional years of experience in the area of signal processing and computer vision in lieu of a degree)
- Two to three years of experience in the area of signal processing, computer vision, rapid prototyping, and integration
- Audio enhancement and signals optimization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in communicating complex technical material at all levels of understanding and expertise
- Foundational knowledge of digital media forensic exploitation processes
- Familiarity with IC reporting and databases
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
