SAIC is seeking a highly qualified Full Stack SharePoint Developer located in Rock Island, IL to join the United States First Army Headquarters Operations Team to develop and maintain the First Army Common Operating Picture (COP) system, a platform designed to facilitate the sharing of mobilization information, identify operational frictions, and support informed decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and develop advanced front-end user interfaces for SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint 365 environments
• Develop custom SharePoint components, including web parts, master pages, layouts, event handlers, content types, features, workflows, and templates
• Configure custom lists and libraries to streamline and support business operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex code issues to maintain system integrity
• Analyze and document business requirements to guide solution development
• Evaluate existing solutions, identify gaps, and drive the development of innovative and re-engineered systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate user requirements into actionable technical specifications

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and two (2)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Experience in complex database design, management, and optimization
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of APIs, RESTful methods, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and OneNote) and experience with SharePoint and other enterprise systems

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:

• Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II or higher certification such as Security+, CYSA+, CASP, OR CISSP within one year of employment

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain
• Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
