SAIC is looking for a forward-thinking and creative-minded E-Learning Designer/Multimedia Developer to support our intelligence customer in Chantilly, VA. Make a difference in securing our nation's security through quality delivery of our Learning Management System.

You will participate in the planning and creation of online training projects for deployment on web sites, applications, and our Learning Management System. The successful candidate will have a strong design-eye and expertise in creating, producing, and packaging multimedia solutions for a variety of projects. Expertise in design and development of web applications using popular Adobe development products, rapid development tools, and graphic design software is essential. Candidate should also be able to provide suggestions and expertise in leveraging technologies to improve the customer's business and product goals. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging CBT's, graphics, web sites, interfaces, and animations for interactive e-learning experiences
  • Plan, create, develop, and maintain learning technology initiatives and provide technical expertise for the programming and development of online content
  • Provide support and training on existing and emerging learning platforms, practices, and technologies
  • Contribute creative ideas and technical expertise to our small and collaborative team.
  • Propose and execute innovative and modern-focused training solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications  

  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud authoring tools, specifically Captivate, Animate, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  • Proficient in creating, animating and editing material for the web-based courseware
  • Experience with recording and editing audio narration
  • Familiarity with video editing and encoding
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including SCORM packaging, testing, and uploading courses
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; Masters and seven (7) years of experience; PhD and four (4) years of experience
