SAIC is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Perform related support activities and make recommendations necessary for the Government to task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and deconflict CI and related operations and activities.
- Support activities include CI targeting, Open-Source intelligence collection in support of CI targeting, CI analysis and requirements generation, source management, asset validation, CI support to operations, CI support to Force Protection and G2 functional management.
- Provide direct support to collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Targeting Operational Support Packages, and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of counterintelligence and HUMINT targeting and lead development operations
- Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) via managed attribution research tools as required/directed
- Research, author and coordinate Foreign Intelligence Threat Assessments, collection/source directed requirements and evaluations, HUMINT and Counterintelligence RFIs, all-source intelligence analytic products to identify foreign intelligence threats, and overlays of foreign intelligence presence throughout designated areas of responsibility
- Produce analytic products to address the threat posed by espionage, international terrorism, subversion, sabotage, assassination, and covert activities
- Supervise CI Analysis and Production (A&P) to address the threat posed by espionage, international terrorism, subversion, sabotage, assassination, and covert activities. This includes other activities that have a FIE nexus
- Provide CI support to targeting by identifying target systems, critical nodes, and high-value and high-payoff targets as well as by providing the intelligence required to most effectively engage these targets across all domains
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD or JD and zero (0) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Required skills:

Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP) or similar military planning processes (Military Decision Making Process, Rapid Response Planning Process, etc).

Experience in support of Service, COCOM or JS operations.

Ability to develop planning and briefing materials for General Officer level audiences.

Ability to learn software and programming systems.
Required clearance:

Active TS/SCI.
