We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, mission-driven Change Management Analyst to support a customer-facing program comprised of more than 60 individual agencies and 55,000 end users. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Change Management, adhering to contractual agreements and industry best practices and procedures. This position requires an understanding of ITIL, incident resolution, data assessment, and analytics to drive down ticket volumes and improve resolution times. The Change Management Analyst will support the integrity of the production environment, ensuring that the correct components are released and that necessary platforms and infrastructure to support automation of application development and release are in place.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
· Supporting the planning and controlling of new or changed service, software, and hardware releases into pre-production (test) and production environments.
· Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and publishing of Changes, including timelines for deployment, testing, early life support, and closure.
· Coordinating with appropriate stakeholders on the content and schedule of the plan.
· Performing risk assessment and management in relation to release and change deployment.
· Supporting the release and deployment management team and ensuring appropriate training.
· Ensuring the integrity of the production environment is protected and the correct components are released.
· Ensuring accurate information is included in release packages and delivers Release Management reports.
· Working to ensure efficient and prompt handling of changes, as well as compliance with the program's standards, processes, and procedures in accordance with day-to-day operational change, configuration, and release within the program environment, to minimize disruption of program operations.
· Tracking all releases that have been and are to be implemented, and maintaining, documenting, and reporting key release metrics.
· Developing knowledge articles regarding release and deployment.

RECOMMENDED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
· Must be a US Citizen
· ITIL®4 Foundation Certification
· Able to work to agreed timescales and SLA's.
· Knowledge of Service Now, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Excel
