The Business Development Associate's role is to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and business pursuits. Serves as liaison between the sales team, project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Responsibilities:
- Research market landscape for Government services sales initiatives - including assisting the contract pursuit teams with monitoring, tracking and analyzing market trends, opportunities, and competitors
- Collaborate with senior SAIC sales leadership, solutions architects, program managers, proposal managers, and others to win new business
- Ensure CRM sales data remains accurate for reporting to leadership
- Attend technology, industry, and government conferences to capture information that can be used in ongoing or future pursuits
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree related to business.
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
