About the Job
The Branch Rental Manager CN is responsible for Branch's Rental Sales and the management of rental operations
Work Type: Full-time, permanent
Base Salary: $55,000 to $58,000 annually
Commission: based on the performance.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Scarborough, with some traveling to Oshawa.

Essential Functions
- Direct responsibility for branch's rental sales and marketing, including development of effective marketing plan and the provision of ongoing support to existing accounts.
- Achievement of operations objectives as established by Director of Rental
- Hiring, training and development and direct supervision of rental personnel to ensure productivity, efficiency and quality customer service.
- Interaction with Shop management to ensure full utilization of rental fleet

Qualifications
- College degree/Technical Certification required Preferably in Business, Sales or Marketing.
- Two (2) years or more Previous management experience required
- Two (2) years or more Ryder experience in Rental Operations, Sales or Marketing preferred

Compensation Information :
