- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification required by AHA, must be current upon submission.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support as required (AHA accredited).
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support based on unit requirement (AHA accredited).
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure for specific units (Nursery, NICU, L&D, Mother/Baby).
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring for L&D RNs as required.
- Tech Cert Verification - National certifications for Radiology and Medical Assistants as required.
- Job Details
- Inpatient second shift (evening) pharmacist with possible weekend rotation.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Illinois or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.
- Capable of assuming responsibility for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy relative to the total needs/problems of the ambulatory care patient in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
