Your experience can benefit all who visit our campus grounds and buildings by applying practical technical design, planning, and installation methods to solve various operational challenges. Collaboratively, you can cultivate supportive business relationships and experience professional and personal growth.
You will accomplish varying tasks throughout the day. Engineered design and review, code consultation, project development/scoping/execution, mentoring younger staff, troubleshooting systems with our maintenance staff, and applying energy management practices, to name a few.
Salary range is $114,976 - $140,815 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management; or
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management; or
3. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with a New York State Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certificate and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management; or
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and the equivalent of fifteen (15) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
· Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification, and project management; or
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification, and project management; or
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with a New York State Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certificate and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification, project management; or
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with the equivalent of ten (15) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification, project management; or
