Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Ambulatory Services - Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Leads and directs the business operations for a select number of ambulatory clinics. Supervises the disease site clinic operations by leading clinical business staff and effectively collaborating with the Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Clinic Nursing and various peer groups within the organization. Oversees the supervision of clinical business staff and ensures the practices' goals are aligned with the goals of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Ensures clinical performance meets quality and regulatory standards. Maintains efficiencies to ensure an exceptional patient experience and proper care of patients while maintaining a well-run office.Starting salary is $75,850 - $96,173 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in a business or health related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in the administration of a physician practice organization; or
2. Bachelor's degree in a business or health related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in the administration of a physician practice organization; or
3. Associate's Degree in a business or health related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in the administration of a physician practice organization; or
4. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in the administration of a physician practice organization.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate should have outpatient and managerial experience.
