Title: Motor Vehicle and Equipment Operator

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Parking & Transportation Operations Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: Variable (United States of America) Summary: Responsible for the operation of motor vehicles (e.g., vans) for the purpose of providing a shuttle service for patients, visitors, and staff between Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center campus locations as well as Western New York region; drives a variety of motor vehicles both on and off the organization property in order to transport people, material and equipment as required and to plow snow from roads, pathways and parking lots; performs maintenance/repair tasks and maintains the appearance of the vehicles. The pay range for this position is $40,868 - 45,864 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications: Required Education and ExperienceLicense Requirement
1. Valid New York State Driver's License; and
2. Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Valid Commercial Driver's License with the Passenger “P” Endorsement.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and physically able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor.
NOTE:
1. As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain a Valid Commercial Driver's License with the Passenger “P” Endorsement within one (1) year of their appointment to this title.
2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
