Title: Associate Research Administrator

FTE:

1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Assists the Director of the ATLAS program (Applied Technology Laboratory for Advanced Surgery) in the Department of Urology with administration to manage the overall day-to-day operations of ATLAS; assists with financial management of the ATLAS accounts for the department, faculty and core facilities; works closely with Human Resources, Grant Accounting, Education, Facilities and Payroll; represents and is a part of the ATLAS team; generates new ideas/suggestions on how to secyre external funding, both through fundraising and grantsmanship.

Salary range $72,160 - $89,332 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in an administrative role including supervision and operations management; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an administrative role including supervision and operations management.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate should have an MBA and experience in working with Engineers and Artists, supervision/leading/motivating a team of employees.

The preferred candidate should have excellent written communication skills andxperience in coordinating large scale event(s).
