Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Department of Medicine - Gastrointestinal (GI) Center Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Due its continuous growth, the Gastro-Intestinal Oncology Section, Department of Medicine at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking is seeking to add an oncologist at the Assistant to Full Professor level to join Dr. Renuka Iyer and her dedicated team ofoncologists.
The team is well established and collegial and supported by dedicated NPs/Pas and a team of dedicated GI Research coordinators and clinical care coordinators. Additionally, you will have access to a solid infrastructure to conduct trials, write grants and collaborate with immunotherapy core scientists in developing novel targeted therapies.
Applicants should be board eligible or board certified in Medical Oncology and have an interest in translational research or an academic clinical practice/educator track.
Salary range is $201,355 - $529,000 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
License or Certification Requirement
1. License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
2. Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Medical Oncology
3. Preferred candidates will have an interest in GI Malignancies
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
